Why are my downloaded recitations not playing offline?
Check download status, storage, and your device before retrying.
Check the basics
In the iOS or Android app, confirm that your Premium access is active, the recording finished downloading and its local files are still stored on the device. Web playback requires an internet connection.
Try again
Reconnect to the internet, open the recording page, and download again if necessary. Restart the app if playback remains unavailable.
Report a persistent issue
Contact support with your platform, device model, app version, and the reciter/surah affected. Do not include passwords.
