What to include
Include your device model, operating system, app version and the steps that reproduce the issue. For audio issues, add the reciter, surah and approximate timestamp. For billing, include your purchase provider and a redacted transaction reference.
Protect your information
Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Remove private information from screenshots before sending them.
