- Lock your device or switch to another app.
- Continue listening through the device’s background audio system.
- Use available lock-screen or media controls to pause or resume.
If playback stops
Check that the app is updated, battery restrictions are not interrupting playback, and your device has sufficient resources. If the problem persists, restart playback and report the device model, OS version, and app version.
