Quranify Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the Quranify mobile application, its related web pages, and payment features (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Media Content Labs, LLC (the “Company”).

1.2. By using the Service, registering, or purchasing a subscription, the user (the “User”) confirms that they have read this Agreement and agree to its terms.

1.3. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. Quranify provides access to audio recordings of Quran recitations, other Islamic audio content, and additional application features.

2.2. The Service includes free features and a paid Quranify Premium subscription (the “Subscription”). Current features, pricing, and the Subscription term are specified in the application or on the payment page.

2.3. The Subscription grants the User the right to use Quranify Premium features during the paid period and does not transfer any exclusive rights to the Service or its content to the User.

3. Subscription and Recurring Payments

3.1. Payment for the Subscription is made under the terms displayed on the payment page before the payment is completed.

3.2. By purchasing the Subscription, the User agrees to the initial payment and subsequent automatic charges to the selected payment method at the beginning of each new billing period until the Subscription is cancelled.

3.3. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Company does not store the full bank card number, its expiration date, or security code.

3.4. If there are insufficient funds or the transaction is declined, the payment provider may retry the charge, and access to Quranify Premium may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

3.5. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the terms of the respective platform.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. The User may cancel automatic renewal or withdraw consent to the further use of a saved payment method at any time by sending a request to support@quranify.pro.

4.2. Once the request has been received and processed, future recurring charges will stop. Access to Quranify Premium will remain available until the end of the already paid subscription period.

4.3. A refund may be considered if access was not provided due to a technical failure of the Service or if an accidental duplicate payment was made. To submit a request, contact support@quranify.pro.

4.4. Refund decisions are made based on the circumstances of the payment, the payment provider’s policies, and applicable legal requirements.

4.5. The Company will review a refund request within 48 hours of receiving it.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The application, software code, design, texts, graphics, collections, audio recordings, and other materials available through the Service are owned by the Company or used by the Company with permission from the respective rights holders.

5.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. Copying, modifying, distributing, reselling, or otherwise using materials from the Service without permission from the relevant rights holder is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for temporary technical failures, connection issues, actions of the payment provider, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

6.3. The Company may suspend or restrict the User’s access if the User violates this Agreement.

7. Changes to the Agreement

7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.

By using the Service or purchasing the Subscription, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and agree to its terms.
