Quranify Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the procedures for processing and protecting information provided by the user (the “User”) when using the Quranify payment webpage and its related features (collectively, the “Service”). Quranify is operated by Media Content Labs, LLC (the “Company”).

1.2. By using the Service and providing information, the User confirms that they have read this Policy. Where applicable law requires separate consent for the processing of personal data, such consent will be requested separately.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. When the User uses the Service, the Company may process the following information:

• the Quranify account identifier (ID), which the User enters to identify their account and activate purchased access;
• the email address provided by the User to receive payment and access activation notifications and to contact customer support;
• technical information transmitted automatically when using the Service, including the IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system information;
• information about the User’s interactions with the Service, as well as payment information received from the payment provider, including the transaction status, amount, date, and identifier.

2.2. The Company does not request passport details, photographs, or other personal identification documents from the User through the Service.

2.3. Bank card information and other payment details are entered by the User on a secure webpage operated by an external payment provider and are processed by that provider in accordance with its own privacy policy. The Company does not receive or store the User’s complete bank card information.

3. How We Use Information

3.1. The Company may use the information it receives exclusively for the following purposes:

• identifying the User’s account;
• processing and confirming payments and activating purchased access in Quranify;
• sending payment and access activation notifications to the email address provided by the User;
• providing customer support to the User;
• maintaining security, preventing fraud, and resolving disputes;
• analysing and improving the operation of the Service.

3.2. The User’s email address will not be used for marketing communications without the User’s separate consent.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

4.1. The Company may disclose information to third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy and in the following circumstances:

• to the payment provider for processing and confirming payments;
• to technical infrastructure providers and service contractors for the operation, security, and support of the Service;
• where disclosure is required by applicable law or a lawful request from an authorised government authority;
• where the User has consented to such disclosure.

5. Data Storage and Protection

5.1. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was processed, comply with legal requirements, maintain records, and resolve potential disputes.

5.2. The Company takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

6. User Rights

6.1. The User may request information about the processing of their data and may request its correction, restriction of processing, or deletion, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

6.2. To exercise these rights, the User may contact support@quranify.pro. The Company may request information necessary to verify the identity and account of the person submitting the request.

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1. The Company may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on the Service webpage together with its effective date.

7.2. If any changes materially affect how information is processed, the Company will notify Users through an available communication method where required by applicable law.
